Where we came from

1988

Sam and Carol Coryell purchase 3 houses and a 10-plex apartment home

1993

Coryells acquire 40 additional units and add a 4-plex to an existing community

1996

Second development is completed, giving Coryells a total of 150 units

2008

TLC Properties awarded Best Property Management Company by Springfield News-Leader (stickied thru 2017)
