Matt Williams serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Coryell Collaborative Group, a multi-family property asset management and operations company headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. As the CTO, Matt oversees both Information Technology and Marketing departments managing and mentoring a staff of 21. In his role, Matt is responsible for data center design and certification and fully redundant disaster recovery. Since joining Coryell Collaborative Group in 2020, Matt has developed and implemented an industry-leading smart home technology as well as an in-house ISP model to maximize residential experience and revenue. Matt has also developed an external sales model solution for IT to emerge as a fully featured managed services company.
Matt grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and graduated from the University of Maryland in College Park. Prior to moving to Springfield, Missouri, Matt served in leadership roles for several companies in the Seattle, Washington, area including six years with Starbucks.
Recently, Matt co-founded a non-profit called Because Oceans that supports marine education and ocean mammal conservation.
