Sam M. Coryell serves as President of Coryell Collaborative Group, which includes Good Deal Development, Team C Construction, Tech X, TLC Properties, and TLC Realty. Sam has been with the company for the last 27 years holding various positions along the way.
Under Sam’s leadership, Coryell Collaborative Group has increased its portfolio from 2,800 units in 2014 to nearly 4,500 units today. Sam has led the organization through an economic downturn, restructuring, and national partnerships. In 2022, Coryell Collaborative Group expanded its presence outside of Missouri with new properties in Arkansas and Texas. In 2023, Coryell Collaborative Group will open its first location in Kansas.
Sam holds a B.A. in Construction Management from Missouri State University and is an active alumni. Sam is also a member of the National Apartment Association, Springfield Apartment and Housing Association and served on the 911 Advisory Committee to the Governor of Missouri. Sam has served as an advisor, friend, and benefactor for many Springfield nonprofit organizations including March of Dimes and Ozarks Regional YMCA among others.
